Tabitha serves as the Writing Center Coordinator at Penn State Learning. Tabitha trains and supervises writing tutors in the Writing Center and the Search Bar, as well as online. She collaborates with the English department, EPPIC program, the library, and Penn State Learning broadly to provide program support. She also oversees the Writing Center's Workshops and Outreach program.
Tabitha earned her B.A. in English Writing at Lock Haven University in 2017 and her M.A. in Literary Studies at Bucknell University in 2020. Tabitha joined Penn State Learning in February 2020.
Penn State Learning provides Tabitha the opportunity to bring together her interests in the mentorship and professionalization of college-age students and the pursuit of educational equity.
