Dawn Bowersox

Dawn Bowersox has been with Penn State Learning since January 2012. She provides primary support for the Penn State Learning director and secondary support for nine professional staff members. She provides oversite of budget, from maintenance to budget planning and projections to regular communication with the Undergraduate Education financial officer. As operations manager, Bowersox coordinates, directs and assigns work to the administration support team and recommends improved efficiencies. She is responsible for security and safety  for two locations on campus. Before coming to Penn State Learning, Dawn worked for the Upward Bound Program.
